Job Description : Full-time/Direct-HireOnsite 1 day a week in Duluth, GAThis is NOT a digital marketing role, it’s brick & mortar so if you’re looking for digital marketing this is not the right job for you.Please note this is more of a Coordinator role but there is opportunity for growthMUST HAVE experience working within retail space for company with B&M stores (for example, Home Depot or Lowes)The Brick and Mortar (B&M) Channel Marketing Specialist (CMS) is responsible for driving the continued profitable market share growth through the B&M channel in North America. Our overriding goal is to maximize dealer penetration within the B&M channel. This position helps implement and develop channel marketing programs to assist with achieving channel sales goals.In this capacity, Brick and Mortar Channel Marketing Specialist (CMS) is responsible for assisting the B&M Channel Manager with channel programs, being the primary point of contact for all tasks related to B&M programs, analyzing channel marketing efforts and marketing trends to anticipate the needs of our evolving B&M channel strategy. This position will also work closely with the Marketing Content Team to develop quality sales enablement materials for all programs and products.Responsibilities: Supporting B&M Program development and managementDeveloping positive working relationships with channel partners to generate revenueAssisting partners in the execution of channel marketing programs to increase product sales within customer baseSupporting partner marketing activities including trade shows, online advertising, campaigns, and emails to develop brand awareness.Keeping partners up to date with new products and enhancementsAssisting in preparing marketing collateral and newsletters for partnersMonitoring and managing expenses within allotted marketing budget, including managing the Purchase Demand ProcessMatter of PO for a vendor, PO request, starting the approval processAssisting in continuously improving and optimizing channel marketing programsAssisting in the planning and organization of product launch events, sales training, and other marketing events for partners and customersMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of channel marketing programsDaily monitoring and daily data entry into appropriate systemsLot of google docs, listening in on customer calls, working with dealers, making sure the info they’re providing is correct.Marketing communication focused “Marcomm”Not developing the programs, more of an admin- support role and make sure that the information going into the programs is correct, being managed/ followed up on, and up to dateLot of google docs, customer calls, working with dealers, making sure the info they’re providing for their campaigns is correct.Example: geo targeting. If a customer looks up a product like ours, we hit them with an ad for our productExamples of Dealer Campaigns: Digital campaigns through google, geo targeting campaign, any consumer that searches within a radius of our products, sponsored ad, it’ll take them to a page and do a rebate or a try it download a coupon and take it to the store. Up to us to work behind the scenes to make sure it’s up and running, our agency actually hosts it and posts it and makes sure working around metrics, dashboards how much campaign is spent.Requirements: Bachelor’s degreeDegree in Marketing or Business is preferredRetail industry background, Brick and Mortar experience1 to 3 years of marketing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate with creative, sales, events, programs and marketing team membersStrong analytical skillsComfortable working within CRM and environments and marketing automation software to pull needed info, etc.Accessing the automation software ad using that insight for strategy.Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team, access that data, make decisions based on that.SEO, google analytics, in the marketing type of role. Doesn’t have to have tons of experience.
