Please include a link with samples of your best work (no comps).KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Ability to create striking contemporary design for all things digital—websites, digital marketing, social media, email…and the occasional print assignment.Killer design sensibilities combining a keen understanding of principles of typography, illustration, and photography with an innovative mindset.An insatiable thirst to stay on top of emerging technologies and design trends.You get the big picture and recognize design’s role in translating that into measurable, actionable and fully optimized design.Comfortable working within cross-functional teams to produce user focused design that creates exceptional user and brand experiences.Must be a creative, self-motivated team player with solid presentation skills in small and large group settings.Ability to rapidly concept and iterate to produce initial design(s) that transform into final product in a fast-paced environment.. Requirements: EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS: 3 – 5 years of digital design experience in an agency, in-house, or freelance role.Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.A portfolio of strong design work with an emphasis on responsive design, ADA compliance and user focused design is a must.A firm grasp on front end development is a big plus. You know enough to be dangerous…which makes collaborating with dev teams silky smooth.Comfortable interfacing with clients.Willing to mentor junior creatives.Exposure to a variety of industries and categories is a plus.Strong presentation skills.Deep understanding of user focused design.Self-motivated to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and the ability to teach others.You’re well versed in the Adobe Suite (specifically XD), your creative chops expand to programs like Axure, Sketch, InVision, UXPin, Figma, Creatopy, etc.PerksWe offer your full traditional benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
