We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Team at Headquarters as a Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of executing an omnichannel advertising strategy that includes Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Salesforce. This role requires adeep understanding of analytics to evaluate ad performance and the ability to report on data using data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will understand how each channel fits into the overall Digital Marketing strategy, bring new ideas to the table, and participate in a team environment. Primary Responsibilities Build, maintain and optimize paid omni channel campaigns to drive new customer revenue, achieve budget spend, exceed key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, IS and ROAS Responsible for the day-to-day aspects of advertising campaigns including testing, and lead conversions Oversee campaign creation and deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to include e-mail marketing and journeys Provide trend analysis, benchmark reports, attribution analysis, and suggestions to grow and optimize landing pages, creative displays, and ad copy testing Conduct A/B testing & measuring ad variations of ad copy, ad creative, audience, device, and location targeting, and keywords Establish efficient lead management processes by creating and editing automated workflows Provide and own all weekly and monthly digital marketing tracking and reporting including paid advertising and website analytics with support from direct reports Continuously develop segmented and targeted customers lists and audiences to increase ROAS and new customers Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to determine the content/campaign calendar, coordinate creative material and align paid advertising strategies with the organic social, SEO, and content strategies This position will manage others and will be expected to support the career growth of their direct reports In collaboration with the Director of Digital Marketing, identify new channels, tools, and partners that Pet Paradise can leverage to better achieve our goals and objectives Qualifications A. / B.S. in English, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration Minimum 4 years of experience running successful lead/conversion paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing), Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Yelp. Bonus points for programmatic experience! Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics Experience with landing page creation and optimization, including basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and javascript is a plus Experience with relevant tools and platforms, such as Hotjar, Google Optimize, Wordstream, Canva, WordPress, Zapier, and Unbounce is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple critical projects that need simultaneous completion Strong communication skills and attention to detail, including grammar and spelling, in order to skillfully write creative ad copy, conduct keyword research and communicate optimization efforts to non-technical and non-marketing stakeholders Strong analytical skills are a must.
