Marketing Communications Coordinator
Bobby Jones Links is seeking a full time Marketing Communications Coordinator for Eastpointe Country Club.
The Marketing Communications Coordinator is an integral member of the Operations Team, with daily responsibility for implementation of marketing and membership communication as well as programming for Eastpointe Country Club.
Position responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Website & Social Media
Brainstorm and Design new concepts of marketing and enhancement of the Club’s appearance in the public eye
Create and upload event flyers to website, social media, weekly marketing, onsite print materials in all locations
Provide website updates, content changes and document uploads
Manage, Design and Maintain the Club’s Social Media appearance and voice, ie: Instagram and Facebook.
Direct the production of digital marketing including, but not limited to: broadcast email, social media and website
Membership Communications
Demonstrate excellent writing skills; create publishable documents and e-mails with proper grammar, spelling and punctuation
Create and Expand weekly informational Flipbooks
Contribute best practices and research new methods/opportunities to improve marketing communication to club members and guests
Promote Club activities using all available resources; including email communication, newsletter, table tents, cart signs, flyers, social media, website and other means
Team Collaboration
Assist in the brainstorming and implementation of onsite Member functions, golf tournaments, holiday celebrations, etc.
Participate in regular planning meetings for Club Special Events
General Club
Must learn all aspects of the Club’s services, programs and products to adhere to and implement membership policies and procedures. Responds immediately and effectively to member related comments and concerns
Completes other special projects and assignments as directed by the Club’s General Manager and/or Clubhouse Manager
Understands the necessary adaptability of this position and shares in the willingness to help out in all departments

Lift up to 25+ lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
