Marketing Communications Manager (2200640) – Research Triangle Park, NC Where the Chemistry Happens We are seeking a professional like you to supervise deployment and measurement of a variety of communications tools/tactics including digital communications vehicles, print, broadcast, trade shows, direct marketing, news releases, and other promotions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your proven track record of succeeding in matrixed and team environments. You will excel at managing multiple, deadline-sensitive projects, keeping internal clients informed, tracking multiple budgets, forecasting and ROI measures. We expect that you will be able to deliver results in a fast-paced, high performance work environment. Although not required, past experience in agriculture will be advantageous. Formula for Success Leveraging your experience in marketing communications, PR, business administration or a related discipline and your knowledge in B2B or B2C marketing and business communications, you will provide leadership and strategy for advertising, public relations and other marketing communications programs for various brands. Utilizing any experience you have in commercial agriculture, crop protection, food sciences, environmental protection/services or a similar regulated field, you will demonstrate value to the AP businesses by recommending, creating and managing strategic, creative and efficient marketing- communications programs. Multi-tasking effectively, you will contribute to the development of strategic marketing and communications plans and supervise daily work of advertising and PR agency consultants. Demonstrating your experience in managing the development and execution of integrated programs comprised of digital marketing, public/media relations, advertising, direct mail, trade shows, sales materials, and other communications tools, you will supervise the deployment and measurement of a variety of communications tools/tactics including news releases, digital communications vehicles, trade shows and other promotional events, direct marketing, and print, broadcast and online advertising. Your experience working on long-term strategy around brand and/or crop strategy that drives multi-year goals will be essential as you contribute to the development of strategic marketing and communications plans and supervise the daily work of our advertising agency and consultants.
