| Job Description : | Do You Love SEO? Haley Marketing is expanding its SEO team, and we are looking for people who are passionate about data, search engines and driving real results for our clients. As an SEO specialist, you will be responsible for numerous tasks across our SEO department, including but not limited to technical auditing and analysis, strategy development and implementation, keyword research, on-page optimization, monitoring and reporting. If you like to work with data, if you are great at spotting trends, and are able to adjust to Google’s mood swings with ease, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform site audits and implement technical SEO updates Develop quarterly SEO strategies to improve SEO performance that may include optimizing existing pages, creating new pages, developing authoritative content Develop and implement SEO strategies for new website builds Keep pace with SEO industry trends and developments Execute on-page optimizations like titles and meta descriptions, page structures, keyword implementation/optimization Collaborate with developers to implement features and changes Build custom SEO reports using data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console and third-party tools Communicate strategies and results to clients in regular calls Benefits We offer a strong compensation package that includes health insurance, 401K with match, profit sharing, and no micro-management.
