| Job Description : | We are seeking a Marketing/Social Media Assistant to help with upkeep of social media platforms, influencer outreach and assisting with day to day marketing operations. The ideal candidate has a passion for the festival and rave community, a problem-solver, and team player. Must have strong organizational skills.Must be available M-F 10-6 with flexibilities depending on events/shoots/etc.RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE ASSISTING WITH, (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO): Influencer/ambassador relationship managementFacebook group upkeepEvent coordinationCalendar and project managementFacebook maintenanceInstagram maintenanceInfluencer outreachBrainstorming and developing content.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Minimum of 1-2 year experience in marketing, social media, or PRKnowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok etc.),Excellent communication and organizational skills,Loves the festival community and our brand,Self-motivated,Fast learner,Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines,Monitor trends in social media (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, etc.), fashion, lifestyle, and apply to brainstorming new contentProficient in Excel.Salary DOE.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $19.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Social Media Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
