DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETINGJob DescriptionWith over 1,000 franchised learning centers worldwide, Mathnasium is a must-have resource for families who want to ensure their kids meet their full academic potential. The Mathnasium marketing department launches national marketing campaigns, creates systems and training for retail-level local marketing, and builds our franchisee base with new learning center owners.The Sr. Director of Digital Marketing is the expert in the digital space to drive results in all these objectives. Tapping into the budgets and strategies across the marketing department, he/she uses creative thinking, expert data analysis, and a savvy knowledge of the best practices on digital and social platforms to ultimately drive acquisition.Responsibilities: Develop end-to-end strategy and execute plans to drive awareness, lead generation, and acquisition of new enrollments.Work with our creative team to deploy engaging content, effective advertising, and an impactful user experience throughout the customer journey.Support franchisee issues in the digital space, develop and maintain tools to make their digital marketing more effective.Oversee preferred local digital marketing vendors and ensure they are getting great results for franchisees.Create and maintain internal reporting dashboards for national digital campaigns and brand and performance social media initiatives.Drive innovation through the discovery of new technology and partnerships to better our business.Develop and maintain productive, respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Manage digital-owned media holistically including platforms and assets for social and web channels.Own website management and continual improvement – with a focus on improving SEO and visit to lead conversion rates.Support franchise development lead generation efforts in the digital space.Required Skills: Expertise with Google platforms including Adwords, Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio and OptimizeHands-on knowledge of other major digital advertising platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.Deep knowledge of SEO and supporting tools like SEMRush and Moz.
