| Job Description : | Americor is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and passionate Manager of Affiliate Marketing to accelerate our company’s growth. This high-impact position will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a diverse network of performance-based marketing partners. This individual will forge deep relationships, leveraging the latest technology to drive best-in-class programs. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success scaling efficient affiliate marketing programs for leading direct-to-consumer brands. Additionally, this individual possesses superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills that will deliver efficient growth. Based in our Irvine, California headquarters, this position will interact with and engage senior stakeholders throughout the company.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively research and recruit new performance-based marketing partners.Manage the onboarding, technical integration (where necessary), and set up of new partners providing guidance on company standards and expectations.Closely manage the performance of partners identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and scale while ensuring KPIs are tightly managed.Develop and maintain close relationships ensuring timely reporting, strategy, and communication with partners.Ensure compliance, quality control, and brand standards are maintained across all partners, both large and small.Continuously test creative and messaging where appropriate.Actively seek out new solutions, technology, and capabilities that advance our performance marketing efforts.Complete ongoing billing with partners ensuring accuracy and accountability.Represent Americor and the company’s family of brands at industry networking events, conferences, and affiliate marketing tradeshows.Collaborate with other members of the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned and working in concert to reach performance targets.Stay in tune with the industry monitoring competitors and conducting competitive research.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required5+ years of active/hands-on experience in affiliate/performance marketing, preferably within direct-to-consumer brands.Strong understanding of tracking technologies and the metrics measured to drive marketing performance, both online and offline.Experience with various types of lead generation programs delivering cold and warm call transfers, click-out traffic, ping/post across 1st party and 3rd party marketing efforts.Strong knowledge of or experience in paid and organic search, email, display, TV, radio, print, strategic partnerships/referrals, and more is strongly desired.Comfort negotiating and customizing marketing agreements that deliver efficiency and scale.Familiar with platforms such as Bobberdoo, Cake, HasOffers, Impact Radius, LeadsPedia, Invoca, CallRail, Retreaver, and/or Media Alpha.Powerful communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.Familiar with TCPA, CAN SPAM, CCPA, and other relevant regulations and policies that may apply to marketing is strongly desired.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ambitious, results driven individual that enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.Americor offers a competitive benefits package: Medical, Dental and VisionPet InsuranceCompany Paid Group Life / AD&D InsurancePaid Holidays and 2 Flex Days to use at willPaid Time OffFlexible Spending/HSAEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k)Disability InsuranceReferral ProgramWe are an equal opportunity employer without regard to race, religion or religious creed (including religious dress and grooming practices), color, sex (including pregnancy, perceived pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and any related medical conditions), gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, transitioning status, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, uniform service member status, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, age, protected medical condition, genetic information, mental or physical disability, holding or presenting a driver’s license issued under Cal.
