Job Description : | The B2B Marketing Coordinator is responsible increasing annual revenues from current, dormant, and new managed and non-managed accounts.Revenue shall be primarily “HOUSE” spend (defined as safes where the customer company is sending the gift and paying the bill) but will also include employee soft benefit programs or ‘PCC” (defined as sales where the employee pays for his/her personal purchases.).This is a permanent sales support – marketing position. However, it is expected that strong performance in the role, along with proven development of strong business skills and product mastery, will be the path for advancement to more senior marketing positions.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Ideal candidate will have up to 2 years’ experience in a B2B marketing communications rote.Experience supporting the requirements of new or existing B2B customers including new inquiries, setting up accounts, inside sales or sales operations or equivalent.Writing samples requestedAdditional Requirements:College degree required, Degree in Marketing a plus, Careful attention to detail, follow through and executionStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-taskStrong oral and written Thoughtful and innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changeCollaborative in work effort when needed but can work independently with little direction customer requirements, strategic plans, and objectivesFocuses on new business penetration within all accounts and divisionsContributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner; participation in team sales meetings to help cross reference successesMaintains a professional attitude in all aspects of the business including telephone, emails, hard copy letters, and internal documentation; attends educational workshops as necessary through Fresh UniversityEnsure cooperation with all internal divisions through the policies and procedures as outlined internallyProvide information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for products and servicesPrepare written quotes, and program proposals utilizing BGS templatesMake sure that new product information is communicated to appropriate customer personnel and updated on all necessary websitesProfessionally manage the sales relationship at the highest levelsAchieve incremental sales growthMaintain active appropriate database with all necessary information; update contact management tool after every call with customer; provide all aspects of account maintenanceResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Within the business:Assist through marketing efforts to meet or exceed assigned budget within business gifting organization.Identify and execute strategies to present to Account Management with focus on all the offerings of the 1800Flower business gifting team, and gifting programs to support profitable B2B/B2E/B2C revenue.Direct Revenue Generation:Retain and grow revenue from small and dormant accounts through direct and indirect marketing and emailIndirect Revenue GenerationSupport division and Key Account Managers in regular communication of PCC messaging.Managed and non-Managed. In collaboration with Web Marketing:Improve performance and results including sessions, conversion, average session time, discrete users and total sales.Develop and implement a calendar of offers and communications appropriate to the season and BGS prioritiesAssure timely availability of holiday early order collectionProvide guidance and support of B2B Platforms with customers, sales and operations. This includes supporting the creative efforts as well as manage products and collections on the business gifting sites including-Magento Corporate Web Portal, Hero Smartgifting Portal, Future business gifting content and portals.Future:Recommend and manage presence on Linked In and other approved channelsLead Generation:Establish successful pilot lead generation program from select lists and third-party mailings leading to conversion and rev generation.BGS semimonthly mailings program to existing customers, dormant and prospects for managed and non-managed accountsLanding Page: manage BGS landing page to measure activity and increase conversion.Sales Ops Support:Salesforce-become team subject matter expert in use of SF, especially campaign managementManage Email campaigns and utilize Salesforce marketing cloud to manage new Self Service Campaigns and Account conversion.Zoom info-Create, Manage, and distribute lists for Sales teams for prospecting efforts leveraging Zoom info.Sales Collateral: With team and Sales Director, identify requirements for new or revised collateral and manage thru Creative processAdministrative:Provide required daily, weekly and monthly reporting as assigned or requiredEstablish and maintain BGS Marketing Calendar to align with Brand standard.
