Our team is led by founders with extensive experience on the Amazon platform and eCommerce ecosystem. We believe our approach brings a unique perspective, allowing us to quickly identify particularly promising brands and grow them to their full potential. Our technology allows us to generate data-driven insights that help us characterize, acquire and grow our portfolio of companies.Since receiving our Series A funding in August 2020, our team has grown from 6 people to over 85 employees globally. We are projecting to continue adding brands and products at a rapid pace over the coming years and are looking for high-caliber and well-rounded team members with the capability to help drive our ambitious vision.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage growth marketing efforts across a portfolio of 10+ DTC brands and across channels including paid social, organic social, email marketing, affiliate, and influencerExcitedly consume ever-changing industry knowledge of the latest platforms, tools, ad products, technologies, and trends in the digital marketing space, becoming the in-house expert in these areasDrive qualified traffic to brand eCommerce sites, accountable for brand-specific KPI’s as determined collaboratively between Brand Managers and Marketing teamManage and execute against brand marketing calendars to ensure campaigns are executed on-time, and creative articulation meets marketing objectivesCollaborate with creative team to create campaigns that will excite and delight consumers at every stage of the marketing funnelBuild processes to deploy efficient and brand-consistent organic social media campaignsGenerate regular reports to ensure key stakeholders are informed of campaign performanceConstantly test, experiment, and pivot in order to optimize results, identify best practices, and uncover new opportunitiesProactively identify potential upgrades to firm processes, partners, and approach, driving forward a culture of continuous improvementMinimum Qualifications4+ years of paid digital marketing experience for an eCommerce-optimized brand or agencyExtensive Facebook/IG advertising experience including ad products and analytical tools (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Klaviyo a plus)Experience in deep analysis of channel performance, including A/B testing, cohort and full funnel analysisFamiliar with managing brands that have a large online followingAble to marry analytical thinking with creative intuition to optimize performance while always embodying a consumer-first mindsetComfortable Excel user and familiarity in synthesizing data into digestible dashboardsExcited to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a focus on rapid scaling and process improvementConscientious and detail-oriented system builderExcellent communication skills and ability to have full mastery of details, while providing high-level answer-first reportingDragonfly is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
