| Job Description : | Job DescriptionSnowie Shaved Ice, the industry leader in shaved ice, is currently expanding its marketing and communications team and is in need of a content manager/specialist. We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. This position will work closely with design & marketing team members on producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading. In addition they will create content strategies to highlight products and services, among other tasks.ResponsibilitiesMake regular recommendations based on monthly/quarterly compiled data for website, social, and other marketing content that augment growth, leads, sales, and drive public engagement.Create and refine messaging in line with company branding for marketing initiatives, website, and other channels.Manage and optimize ad spend and results on a monthly basis across multiple platforms.Execute and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels, paid, social and digital advertising.Participate in the creation of standards, best practices, processes, and training materials for content creation, development, and revision.Work with the team to plan, manage, and deliver key digital project content on time, on budget, and within scope.Create core messaging documents and content strategy for Snowie.Organize and coordinate content in newsletters and email drip campaigns.Conduct high-quality market research, interviews, and surveys.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experienceKnowledge of HTML & various web builders a HUGE plus2+ years experience with online design, content creation, or marketing.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plusAdvanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Writing skills: 2 years (Required)Content Marketing Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
