THE ROLE:
Bundschu Co. is seeking a creative, passionate, collaborative rockstar who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of social media, email, content creation, and digital marketing efforts for our growing portfolio of brands.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SOCIAL
Has proven experience with social media content creation, including but not limited to on-brand copywriting and social caption creation; strong visual acuity with an eye for photography, video and design; and engaging written and visual storytelling.
Create short-form videos, including Reels. This includes the process of planning, storyboarding, shooting, and editing, as well as working with assets provided by outside partners.
Utilize Facebook Business Manager to create, launch, and assess the performance of Facebook and Instagram ads.
Build and maintain social media marketing calendars for multiple brands.
Create content for LinkedIn business accounts for Bundschu Co brands.
Well-versed in the latest social trends, platforms, and platform features and will be a subject matter expert across the leading social channels for the organization.
Help manage image bank and digital content assets.
EMAIL
Experience with MailChimp required.
Work with the Marketing team to build dynamic email campaigns including events, promotions, concerts, customer retention and re-engagement, abandoned carts, and automated series. This includes experience with A/B testing.
Build audiences and upload lists, organize audiences, segments, and tags.
Manage recurring imports of customer data into MailChimp.
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to align email content with social media.
Update and maintain products and promotions on our e-commerce platforms as it relates to email marketing campaigns.
Run reports and pull key metrics and KPIs from Mailchimp to analyze campaign performance.
Produce a monthly email report for management.
Assist the Marketing team with building and maintaining email marketing calendars.
Support Digital Marketing Manager with a variety of projects and tasks related to email marketing efforts.
E-COM / WEBSITE
Assist Merchandise Manager with updates to e-commerce, including the addition of new products and recurring cleanup of copy and images.
Create promotional codes and related online cart banners and buttons to correspond with email and social campaigns.
Copywrite product descriptions, upload images, QC content, etc. in partnership with Marketing and Retail teams.
Work with programmers when necessary to implement new API integrations and web functionality.
Experience with AMS, Commerce7, or other wine industry e-comm solutions is a plus.
Uploading content to external trade websites.
Planning and creating content for blog posts in partnership with Brand Managers.
SEO copywriting experience a plus.
ABOUT YOU:
2-3 years of Marketing experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working on multiple brands at once.
Basic graphic design skills including understanding hierarchy of information, color palettes, typography, innovate design
Proficient with Google Analytics, Photoshop, Canva, video editing tools such as iMovie or Adobe, MailChimp, WordPress, and Excel to present data in tables, graphs. Google Data Studio is a plus.
Proficient with Sprout Social and Facebook Business Manager.
Bonus if you have experience with HTML/CSS (including for mobile devices), SEO copywriting, wine industry
Excellent writing is a MUST with proper spelling and grammar, ensuring content is on brand and in-voice.
A passion for social media and content creation that’s demonstrated through personal projects such as a personal website, social media accounts, or portfolio of content. Please share in your application.
