Part content designer and part content strategist, this role helps the business drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.Essential Responsibilities: Design digital and traditional marketing content for assigned business segments, including social media, print collateral, infographics, website graphics, videos, email graphics, etc.Lead impactful creative and brand initiatives from conceptualization to executionOversee a steady stream of value-generating content across multiple personas and communication channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads.Ensure a consistent presentation of Diversified Fall Protection’s brand style across all internal and external touchpointsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Working Conditions: Office-based role and requires the ability to work both with extended periods of sitting and standing with prolonged time in front of a computer. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. but may require work outside of this time to adequately complete duties.Requirements: 3-5 years of Creative Design and Marketing Communications experienceExpert knowledge of Adobe CC (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)Hands-on experience in developing creative solutions for campaigns across all mediums: advertising, videos, websites/landing pages, brand/corporate ID, print, interactive, social campaigns, etc.Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skillsPhotography and video production experience is a plusProficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams.Strong project management skillsStrong digital marketing acumenOutstanding communication skillsExceptional attention to detailSelf-motivated, organized, and drivenOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
