Position Summary: The Content Strategist will play a meaningful role on the J&J Global Content Strategy team. We’re looking for an experienced candidate who will help us drive a consistent content experience across our core business functions (HR, Finance and Procurement) in alignment with our brand and writing standards. This role will ensure our employee portal content is clear, concise, and useful, helping employees self-serve and get the support they need. The strategist will partner with content managers, specialists, and owners to review and edit content to ensure it aligns to our standards and serves its intended purpose for our users. The role will focus on our content standards, content audits, content metrics and work throughout our content lifecycle to continuously improve content. Key Responsibilities: Partner with teammates to review and edit content for audience interest, clarity, adherence to standards, grammar, spelling and punctuation Review and rewrite content identified for improvement through content audits and user feedback Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to teammates on writing style, standards and persona Further develop existing J&J Global Services content standards, governance, and content management process in partnership with content standards specialist Conduct content audits to find opportunities for improvement and alignment to standards Run periodic content review process, working with content owners to ensure content is reviewed and appropriate action is taken Analyze and communicate content performance metrics, working with content managers and owners to take appropriate actions to improve or archive poorly performing content Writing for digital assistant/chatbot content Mentor content managers and specialists on how best to implement changes to content standards As needed, handle key business partner relationships, helping them define content needs and find opportunities to improve content Stay up to date on the latest developments in content management technology, search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behavior Qualifications Education: Primary Location |
