As part of our rapid growth we are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team!

Reporting to the Director of Experiential Marketing, the primary goal of the Customer Marketing Manager – US is to increase customer satisfaction and utilize it to leverage business success. The customer marketer builds stronger relationships with customers through engaging marketing campaigns. Your mission is to build a community of enthusiastic brand advocates. General responsibilities include creating connections with customers to gain referrals and renewals, coordinating cross-sell and upsell campaigns, and relaying customer feedback to go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

Develop new and innovative ways for our customers to connect with our company
Help distribute customer satisfaction surveys, analyze the results, and make recommendations on how to improve business.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increase loyalty and retention
Own the build out of our customer loyalty program
Lead the “welcome experience” of new customers
Lead the coordination and execution of Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
Conduct and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
Connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
Identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.
Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates
Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement
Create special marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with training

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in customer marketing, customer Service, customer Success, or Account Management. Experience in cybersecurity is preferred.
Excellent communication skills are essential since these professionals are in customer-facing roles.
Strong analytical skills will allow customer marketing managers to analyze customer data and determine campaigns that will be effective.
Superior attention to detail is needed to ensure managers are creating campaigns that accurately capture both the companies’ and customers’ needs.
Strong technical skills, including experience with CRM, digital marketing tools and channels, and B2B marketing.
Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal team members and external vendors and prospects
Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple activities at the same time
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Able to travel (when appropriately safe to do so)
