7+ years of experience with design software and tools (Sketch, Adobe suite, Invision, Figma, etc).
3+ years of experience in using data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics) and in building and managing reports or dashboards within a marketing analytics platform to identify customer insights and optimize marketing performance.
3+ years of experience in working with paid media channels, marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo), and web publishing tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager).

We seek a Digital CX & UX Design Lead who will design, produce, and optimize integrated digital experiences at scale for target buying personas at each stage in the buying journey.

The Digital CX & UX Design Lead must be an expert in digital retail and ecommerce UX design and production; have experience managing multiple programs simultaneously; and tout a proven track record executing integrated digital designs to drive marketing programs that engage, acquire, educate, and retain target customers.

Our buyer Lifecycle Experience community is growing and you have an opportunity to shape how we design multi-channel digital experiences to elevate business performance. As the Digital CX & UX Design Lead, you’ll be a key contributor to the future direction and growth of the services we provide. You’ll work closely with Marketers, Business Development & Category Leaders, UX Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to help define our target customers and inform/test/optimize strategies to maximize the value we provide to them via AWS Marketplace and AWS Data Exchange experiences. You’ll be joining a collaborative and driven team that is shaping the future of B2B e-commerce. We obsess over our customers, support each other, and get things done.

This position can be virtual, located within commuting distance of an AWS office.

Key job responsibilities

Customer Experience / User Experience Design & Production:

Design and produce digital customer experiences for digital buyer journey across AWS Marketplace and AWS Data Exchange.
Design and produce wide range of digital marketing assets across multiple marketing channels and journey stages. (i.e.: website pages, emails, catalog search experiences, listing pages, event and program promotions, e-books, blogs, paid ads, videos, etc.)
Enable search engine optimization (SEO) for websites through thoughtfully-constructed page designs that integrate target keywords and establish relevant cross-linking.

Customer Journey Experience Strategy:

Define and maintain digital customer buying/subscribing journeys across all properties and channels.
Analyze current customer journeys and experiences through research, observation, website analytics, etc. Audit channel and page performance to identify areas of strength and opportunity.
Develop business cases and future-state design proposals to elevate the digital customer journey experience and KPIs at each journey stage. Define and drive action plans to activate future-state proposals.
Spearhead proposed site UX designs, navigation paths, cross-promotions, and personalization strategies to support marketing efforts and product roadmaps. Drive consistent designs across the journey.
Work with product, product marketing, and content stakeholders, etc. to produce buyer experience roadmap priorities and product feature activation plans.
