We are looking for a Digital Advertising Coordinator, working semi-remotely, to be part of our Central Missouri team. In this role you will use your excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills to ensure positive customer outcomes by helping our sales teams execute digital marketing solutions for local SMBs and agencies. Description: This position reports to our Regional Business Manager and will be dedicated to supporting key accounts assigned to our top tier Sales Executives. The Digital Advertising Coordinator will build a thorough knowledge of our internal billing and fulfillment platforms and partner closely with Sales Executives to develop plans to support the needs of key clients. This position allows the ideal candidate to choose to work semi-remote or in office when applicable. Learn more about Alpha Media LLC by going to www.alphamediausa.com Principal Responsibilities: Input a steady stream of digital orders into internal billing and ordering systems. Assist in the onboarding of new customers, ensuring all campaign details and requisite information are transmitted to the campaign manager, working with the sales rep and customer success team to ensure client-side actions are completed (tag placement, analytics setup, creative approval, etc.), and all new customer / new campaign SLAs are met. Daily review and follow-up on orders in progress for assigned sales representatives. Identify orders that are “stuck” and take action with the customer success/ad ops team to remove obstacles. QA on contract/billing as required to to identify errors and inconsistencies in contracts, and campaign details. Liaison for sales, accounting, and customer success team for assigned orders. Solve campaign problems and effectively escalate issues. Work closely with the Business Manager to reconcile monthly client billing. Provide coverage for assigned accounts when Sales Executives are out of the office. Requirements of this position include: Ability to adapt, multi-task and respond quickly to changing technology and deadlines. Interested in learning and picking up new concepts quickly. Detail-oriented with ability to work independently, and demonstrate excellent analytical problem-solving/technical troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with management and staff at all levels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Self-driven problem solver, able to adapt in a rapidly changing, high-energy environment. Experience in some combination of the following: digital marketing campaign management, media planning, campaign optimization, digital marketing analytics, account management, customer support. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Google Docs/MS Office. Base knowledge of CRM/Help Desk platforms. Experience-level can vary.
