We are hiring Analysts and Managers for our Digital Analytics and Strategy team. In this role you will own and personally deliver components of the client engagement, contributing to the overall success of each engagement. We believe that data-driven insights are at the core of digital strategy, and your work will play a critical role.

As a Digital Analyst – Data Specialist you will:
Develop a basic knowledge of each client’s data sources
Analyze and report on performance of digital advertising and content marketing programs
Assist with the creation of measurement plans based on strategic imperatives, communications objectives, and media strategies
Determine, track, and revise KPIs and engagement metrics for digital campaigns, including channels such as Display, Email, Search, and Social
Develop, maintain, and produce dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses using Tableau, Google Data studio, Power BI, SQL, and Excel
Provide support for ad-hoc data and research requests
Advise and educate clients on relevant best practices and value of a data-driven digital strategy
Help maintain standardization and consolidation of tools, as well as cross-train and collaborate with other team members
Interpret analytical findings into actionable recommendations for campaign design, aligned with the client’s business goals and objectives
Collaborate with the consulting team to produce integrated strategic recommendations
Qualities that we seek:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, psychology, or other relevant degree
2+ years experience performing hands-on quantitative analysis
Demonstrated experience navigating, extracting, transforming, and loading data from relational database management systems
Demonstrated experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Healthcare, pharma, insurance, public health, or other related experience preferred, particularly for the manager position
Technical Skills
Strong Web Analytics domain experience, ideally in biopharma or healthcare
Experience in Web Analytics and visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio
Expert in analytics tools including Google Marketing Platform Suite, Adobe Analytics, Google Cloud Platform
Strong understanding of digital marketing data ingestion, including social networks, eCRM, search engines, digital advertising, and attribution models
Proven technical strength and creativity – the ability to think outside the box for technical solutions
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Math
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Google Analytics Individual Qualification Certification or similar
Consulting Skills
Concise and clear written and oral communication. Experience translating data and trends into clear, actionable insights communicated via PowerPoint slides.
Experience in presenting data analysis with the ability to communicate findings to both business and IT leaders in a way that can influence how an organization approaches a business challenge.
Strong cross-group collaboration and communication skills. Ability to coordinate deliverables across teams.
Technical skills to ask the right questions and find the right answers and willingness to learn new skills and platforms.
