We are hiring Analysts and Managers for our Digital Analytics and Strategy team. In this role you will own and personally deliver components of the client engagement, contributing to the overall success of each engagement. We believe that data-driven insights are at the core of digital strategy, and your work will play a critical role.

As a Digital Analyst_Marketing Specialist you will:

Serve as lead digital researcher to map the digital landscape for our clients and identify digital opportunities using tools including SEMRush, Google Trends, Sprout Social and SpyFu
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create websites, digital selling tools, and digital content/assets
Present key findings to client teams
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

External/Client-facing Responsibilities

Project management across clients
Manage marketing tech platforms

Internal Marketing Responsibilities

Execute agency social and content program
Identify continuous learning/educational opportunities for teams
Identify workshops, webinars, etc.
Build out a regulatory playbook for all digital initiatives
Trend watching
Develop case studies and capabilities slides

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Proven working experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing
Demonstrated interest in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Demonstrated interest in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Demonstrated interest with A/B and multivariate experiments
Basic knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Demonstrated interest in setting up and optimizing paid search campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Google Marketing Platform, Analytics, and Ads Certification preferred
