Do you have a knack for creating innovative cross-channel digital campaigns?

We are looking for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to drive awareness, engagement and meetings within our list of target accounts as we grow into an IPO-worthy company. In coordination with Marketing, Events, Design, Product Marketing and Sales, this person will orchestrate full-funnel digital campaigns and drive our end-to-end campaign strategy. This person will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation.

The role:

Develop and coordinate campaigns by writing campaign briefs, measuring performance as well as testing and optimizing in-flight campaigns
Determine relevant channels for each campaign based on audience and message, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, retargeting, email, display, sponsored newsletters and syndication partners
Craft and test email, landing page and ad copy that drive engagement & conversions
Manage paid media campaigns in-platform (paid social, SEM, display, etc.) where needed
Responsible for GTM training to enable SDR/Sales of upcoming campaigns
Implement a testing framework to improve the performance of in-flight campaigns across channels, creatives and vendors
Define and track key metrics across each aspect of the campaign (downloads, meetings, registrations, etc.)
Partner with Marketing, Events, Product Marketing and Sales teams to create effective Account-based marketing campaigns and target the most senior-level contacts at the fastest growing direct-to-consumer retailers
Deliver insights and actionable findings for the team to fuel in-flight optimizations and future campaigns
Test new acquisition channels and tactics to drive meeting requests and account engagement
Collaborate with partners to run partner-led campaigns

What you bring to the team:

4-6 years of digital demand generation and/or customer acquisition – high-growth B2B SaaS tech companies ideal
Deep understanding of digital channels, including but not limited to search, social and display
Experience building high-performing marketing campaigns with a hypothesis-driven mindset
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce and Demandbase a plus
Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills to analyze and present data to inform decisions
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with an ability to handle multiple tasks and switch priorities/focuses as needed
