| Job Description : | Job Duties: Identify new opportunities, develop account intelligence, and derive insights from findings Identify decision makers, research, and obtain business requirements, and initiate sales conversation Engage prospects to expand awareness of brand, and educate on product offering leading to hand-off to Sales teams Manage, nurture, and maintain dozens of sales pipelines and conversations with potential prospects. Effectively partner and work across the Sales and Marketing teams to develop relevant marketing tools to sustain the sales and marketing strategy Must be proficient in HubSpot, Lead feeder, cold calling, personalized email, and any other lead generating / capturing tools. Own the top of the sales funnel, move prospects through the sales cycle, and hand off to the Sales team when a prospect reaches a qualified stage Gather and maintain accurate prospect information and engagement activity in CRM applications Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email Requirements – Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge Strong experience with the B2B selling or buying process. Strong knowledge and understanding of HubSpot / Lead feeder / and other lead generating tools Previous experience in furniture sales/purchasing for K-12, Higher Ed, or Workplace space planning industries. Positive “go-getter” attitude. Outbound prospecting & sales acumen Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team Capability to understand customer pain points and requirements, and correlate potential business to value that can be provided by MooreCo Strong and professional communication skills – written, verbal, presentation Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
