We are seeking a creative, passionate, and skilled communicator to be a key member of the Marketing and Outreach

(M + O) Department. Professionals in this position are responsible for increasing CNS Healthcare’s brand recognition through digital marketing and will have the opportunity to reach thousands of people in Michigan and around the world, spreading the message that it is okay to seek help for behavioral health disorders.

Develop and schedule social posts across current and emerging social media channels.
Monitor social media for opportunities to interact and respond to questions.
Monitor and respond to reviews under the direction of the M and O Supervisor.
Ensure CNS information is present and updated on websites including but not limited to Google MyBusiness, Yelp, 2-1-1, HealthGrades, Aunt Bertha, Share Detroit, and CareDash.
Capture photos and videos at CNS events.
Create engaging long and short-form videos to be shared on social media showcasing CNS services, events, and clinicians.
Collaborate with members of the M + O team to create and launch email campaigns, develop webpages, and create social content for market-aligned campaigns.
Collaborate with the M + O team to create and finalize digital assets, and to manage digital content and calendars across the various platforms.
Attend and represent CNS Healthcare at events; capture content (video / photo) for all digital applications
Perform other work duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent with social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Twitter)
Excellent with standard Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint and Teams.
Knowledge of video editing
Current Valid Michigan Driver’s License
Must have vehicle available for work purposes with current (State of Michigan) auto insurance.
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient customer service orientation skills necessary to deal effectively with various levels of agency personnel, outside customers, stakeholders, and community groups.
Preferred
Minimum of two+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Superior writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of Constant Contact
