Job Description : The Digital Marketing Coordinator assists the Vice President of Sales & Marketing with development and execution of Sales and Marketing initiatives in a fast paced environment while also playing an integral role in the digital marketing division. The Coordinator must haveexcellent time management skills along with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidentialCompletes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on resultsPrepares reports by collecting and analyzing informationSecures information by completing data base backupsProvides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussionsPrepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materialsMaintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travelMaintain department checkbook for all sales and marketing expensesTracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursementMeet with and conduct property site inspections for media and other public relations executivesHighly proficient in online/social media channels.
