Job Description : Our client offers a fully integrated, cloud-based AP automation B2B software solution that helps organizations automate the accounts payable process (from procure to pay) primarily for companies in the construction and not-for-profit industries. The software was built internally by a $50M federal contractor. In 2019, after a few years of experiencing its benefits, the owner spun this software solution out into its own company to sell the software commercially. The software was rebuilt for scale and released to the market in 2021. With market validation and a new round of funding which closed in December 2021, our client is poised for growth and is looking for Digital Marketing Manager to lead the effort.
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for attracting prospects to our website and presenting them with a compelling reason to engage further. You will develop and execute campaigns that will help drive mid-market and enterprise customer acquisition.
In this highly entrepreneurial role, you will oversee PPC, paid social, and SEO initiatives in conjunction with a digital agency, while designing and executing email campaigns, developing webinars, creating marketing assets, writing web content, and supporting partner marketing efforts. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to gain deep knowledge about the market, our solution, and our competition to develop strong messaging that will resonate with prospects consistently across all channels. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a vital role in driving rapid growth in our already growing customer base.

What You’ll Do:
Drive traffic to the company website through PPC, paid social, SEO and a coordinated, well-organized content strategy.
Coordinate the development of and write content for marketing assets such as white papers, competitive tear sheets, press releases, etc. with stakeholders within the organization and a design agency.
Continuously test, iterate, and optimize digital campaigns to maximize quality lead generation.
Manage outside marketing and design agencies.
Maintain the company website to ensure up-to-date content and an optimal user experience.
Generate and execute creative email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Operate marketing automation platform to manage lead generation, monitor campaign success, and report trends.
Develop in-product advertisements to notify customer of new features, upgrade opportunities, and other announcements.
Ensure all marketing activities drive consistent, on-brand messaging and tone throughout all channels.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop new and creative growth strategies.
Support partner marketing initiatives and events (such as tradeshows) as needed.
On occasion may provide updates and present to the company CEO, COO, Investors and/or Board of Directors.

What You’ll Need:
5+ years professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B industry.
Digital marketing experience in Fintech, SaaS, or the payments industry highly preferred.
Effective and compelling persuasive and informative writing skills, previous blogging experience for targeted audiences.
Experience with the following technologies: Google Ads. LinkedIn, Facebook and other paid social platforms, Google Analytics, Hubspot or other marketing automation systems such as Pardot or Marketo, WordPress, and HTML.
Combination of creativity, marketing prowess, and analytical skills to succeed in a fast-paced industry and growing startup.
Ability to remain calm amidst changing priorities, while executing with confidence to take advantage of new opportunities as they arise.
Experience setting relevant marketing KPIs, measuring performance against them, and shifting activities to make improvements when necessary.
Excels at juggling multiple projects with variable deadlines.
Exceptional communicator with a collaborative, team mentality but also confident working independently with minimal supervision.
Startup experience a plus.
