Job Description : | Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to oversee all aspects of our digital ad campaigns and strategy. They will play a key role in making sure we have a compelling website and overall digital presence that generates high quality leads for the organization. This role will include content creation and measuring the efficacy, performance, and impact of their digital presence. Successful candidates will have a collaborative and ‘can do’ attitude, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and experience working in a cloud-based and/or SaaS company is required. This position reports to the Sr Director, Marketing who is based in the UK. Responsibilities Own all digital marketing across the entire suite (B2B and B2C) Execute digital ad campaigns in partnership with other functions in marketing – from concept to design to execution and measurement Measure and report performance of all campaigns – overall and against goals Create and maintain appropriate reporting to measure the impact of digital campaigns and website performanceIteratively drive innovation and improvement in campaigns and performance Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Contribute to conversion rate optimization strategies for the websiteHelp determine new areas for future digital investment Create content – they all understand that content is king and part of this role will include helping generate content (not only ad copy, but fact sheets, blogs, and other content to help drive demand) Desired Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in digital marketing – with at least one year owning all digital marketing responsibilities Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset A willingness and aptitude to continually learn new digital skills and get to grips with new platforms SaaS startup experience a plus Experience with the main paid social advertising platforms (including GoogleAds and Linkedin, etc.) Extensive experience of using a website CMS (preferably WordPress) to create and optimise web pages Knowledge of making the most of organic social channels (including LinkedIn and Twitter) Experience running A/B testing Demonstrable skill in writing for the web and knowledge of the fundamentals of SEO for digital content Solid knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console Hubspot experience a plus |
