We are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to help lead our marketing team.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and collaborating with the marketing team at our Cleveland office in an efficient, creative, and detail-oriented fashion to achieve weekly and monthly goals, along with driving all marketing initiatives forward.

You will be collaborating with your team and the V.P. of Marketing to ensure everyone is on the same page when it comes to tasks, responsibilities, and overall production workflow.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day workflow of the Marketing team including both short and long-term projects.
Analyzing campaign performance data and making strategic shifts.
Creating SMART goals for campaigns and documenting their performance.
Managing vendor relationships along with charitable initiatives.
Creating and managing comprehensive inbound marketing campaigns.
Pursuing strategic growth opportunities
Social media management/strategy.
SEO, SEM, and PPC management.
Reviewing all marketing collateral before printing/publishing.
Planning/executing industry tradeshows and other corporate events.
Completing campaign recaps and reporting on results to the VP of Marketing.

Requirements

At least three years’ experience in a similar position or related field.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent proofreading skills and a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to be a self-starter and work collaboratively.
Exceptional time/project management skills.
Exceptional ability to set SMART goals for the company, along with team.
A desire to learn
SEO/SEM/PPC experience
Ability to create complex marketing campaigns for inbound lead conversion.
An eye for impactful, modern design trends.
Friendly, personable attitude
Reliable transportation to and from our Cleveland office
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana (or similar project management tool) is preferred.
Experience with website management, and .html/.css is a bonus.

Salary: $60,000 to $75,000
