| Job Description : | Digital Marketing Manager Principal Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Utilize customer’s buyer’s journey to create innovative multi-channel engagement programs Diagnose our current website to optimize it for higher rankings in SEO Author rich content designed to shift perception and acquire net-new marketable contacts Customer Success Management Assist with creating strategies to help generate positive reviews Help generate reviews through software platform at various points in sale process Listings Management Ensuring that all social media business listings are up to date, correct, and aligned with Erus’s sales and marketing strategy. Paid Search – Lead Generation Manage program budget with accountability for campaign ROI Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution, where required Reporting Ensure proper execution of all activities, inclusive of gathering proof of performance (POP) post-campaign, measure success, and provide recommendations for optimization Provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and influence future decisions to optimize campaign strategies Job Level Specifications: Advanced knowledge of marketing principles and program development and demonstrated knowledge of effective engagement processes and tools Knowledge and use of CRM and marketing automation software and web analytics software (e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics; Google Web Trends) required Ability to effectively collaborate and develop campaigns that drive leads and engagement Strong ability to craft compelling, audience relevant messages and stories Distribution, education, or technology experience are preferred, but not required Knowledge Skills Ability Marketing planning and execution – Experience in developing integrated (digital and traditional) campaigns and programs Results oriented/Decision-making – Create and meet deadlines while managing time efficiently and prioritizing in a multi-tasking environment. Experience using analytics and metrics to guide campaign development and drive demand generation efforts Effective communication – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly collaborative work style Operational excellence – Implement and follow processes that support a collaborative team and client experience.
