PenFed is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager, Mortgages (Remote) at one of the following locations: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Tysons, Virginia; San Antonio, Texas, Phoenix, Arizona; Charlotte, North Carolina; Jacksonville, Florida; or Frisco, Texas. The primary purpose of this position is to lead digital marketing campaigns in support of PenFed’s Mortgage Division. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, business units, and external marketing partners to drive strategy, execute plans, and ensure all digital marketing initiatives align with Home Loans overall goals.

*This position is remote, and candidate can be located anywhere in the United States.*

**Salary range – $53,500.00 – $119,200.00

***Eligible for Scorecard Bonus

Lead the planning, development, and execution of the digital marketing campaigns.
Implement digital marketing campaigns needed to achieve volume and revenue objectives for Mortgages.
Manage the efforts of internal and external partners to ensure that requirements are met and that campaigns launch on schedule.
Develop robust test-and-learn strategies to guide optimizations of campaigns.
Manage the digital marketing budget within allowable targets.
Successfully collaborate and influence internal marketing partners and external vendors to execute strategies and campaigns.
Adjust marketing campaigns to meet changes in market dynamics and competitive landscapes and maintain an understanding of the full marketing mix.
Actively follow industry trends, assess opportunities, and produce creative ideas.
Act as a liaison between the product teams, compliance, internal creative marketing services, external partners to develop and execute campaigns.
Support the Home Loan marketing team to deliver against a range of KPIs to drive awareness, consideration, and volume.
Develop creative briefs and provide analysis on campaign effectiveness with internal departments and external partners. Recommend improvements and enhancements to existing campaigns.
Work closely with cross functional teams, including marketing, digital sales, content, compliance, and legal to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment on all home loan marketing efforts.
Assist with special marketing projects as needed.
Travel to and attend PenFed-sponsored events requiring company representation or marketing materials.


Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or a combination of education and job experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the job.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in digital marketing including paid search, display, social, and retargeting required.
Must possess marketing & strategic analysis skills as well as solid presentation and leadership skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategy and project management principles and practices.
Strong writing skills and the ability to build presentations, conduct research, and report on findings.
Demonstrated communications, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn new markets quickly preferred.
Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
