Job Description : Digital Marketing Operations Manager – Full Time (35 hrs/week) – Fully Remote (Michigan/Indiana)Independence Digital is a small but growing Healthcare Marketing Agency in search of a Digital Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you’ll help execute campaign operations, audits, and reporting across multiple clients. Your primary focus will be monitoring social media, reputation management, and updating client websites.This position is fully remote, open to Michigan and Indiana residents, and reports directly to the Director of Marketing Operations. Normal schedule is Monday through Friday.What you’d be doing: Content & Project Management: Manage content management systems and marketing automation tools across multiple clients. Using tools such as Trello and Google Sheets to track projects, data & analytics, and billing information.Reputation Management: Creating, claiming, and optimizing local provider and practice listings across multiple websites (Google, Healthgrades, etc.). Experience with large groups of listings preferred.Community engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments and reviews on social media and review platforms.Social Media: Daily (weekday) monitoring, moderating, and responding to comments across multiple Facebook pages. Manage post scheduling software.Publishing: Formatting and scheduling digital content on websites (WordPress) and social media platforms.Post creation: Creating and publishing social media posts to promote new content or client announcements.Basic Graphic Design: Resizing/optimizing photos, creating images from testimonials.Compiling monthly and quarterly client performance reports, including data collection, computation, and presentation.Assisting with other marketing projects based on client and business needs.SkillsOrganization – demonstrated ability to manage complex campaigns across multiple clients. Experience with Trello preferred.Problem Solving – strong ability to identify and implement solutions with minimal supervision.Project Management – Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Some tasks may require repetition.Google Workspace – Intermediate skills with Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
