This includes projects related to our lead-generating website, our resident-facing website and app, email, and other digital customer touch points. Responsible for ensuring deliverables via IT remain aligned with business strategy and objectives. This position also manages the development and analysis of performance analytics as well as business performance-related data: providing the marketing intelligence that supports business decisions and strategy recommendations to senior leadership.**WHO YOU ARE:Knowledgeable. Through previous work, you’ve been exposed to digital marketing campaigns and have been involved in projects supporting the performance of a website. You don’t need to be an expert, but your experience with targeted online marketing campaigns and reputation management is what will help you quickly transition into this position.Organized, Efficient, and Accountable. And when a special project arises, you volunteer.**WHAT YOU’LL DO”Digital Product Management (50%)Works with management to transform strategic vision and strategies into tactical delivery plans, and supports the identification of resources to complete plans.Conduct product user research and usability analyses, collaborating with designers, developers from end to end of the process.Ability to support and craft a digital product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy.Creates/develops/owns recommendations that can be implemented and drive tangible results, specifically in the digital product arena.Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure timely delivery of best in class experiences.Oversee and manage business requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, and feature development.**Data Analysis and Reporting (30%)Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements.Analyzes and assesses the performance of products and translates quantitative and qualitative data into reevaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources.Actively leads hind sighting and competitive benchmarking to inform marketing strategies and planning.Works with all levels of Equity management and user groups to understand and communicate project results; performance metrics, improvement planning items; establishing priorities, schedules, progress reporting, and completion of performance enhancement initiatives.Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources.**Strategic Planning and Execution (20%)Demonstrated ability to organize workload, multitask, think analytically, solve technical problems, and establish relationships across the business and with IT/development team members.Identify customer pain points and emerging opportunities, and prioritize their execution in a way that supports the company’s overall strategy and goalsCollaborates with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact, integrated marketing strategies.Develops a high level of proficiency with tools related to digital marketing and digital product design.Participates in strategic planning and delivery of new initiatives to senior management.Represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
