The Digital Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for driving growth of products, services, and new members by executing the credit union’s marketing strategies through digital and social media channels and advertising. Primary responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns and programs, digital strategy, and effective management and oversight of the Advantis website, social media platforms, and all digital marketing channels for the credit union. This role also leads marketing automation utilizing digital technology platforms. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, manages vendor and agency relationships, and collaborates with colleagues across the organization. This is a hybrid work position, with 1-2 days in office, 3-4 days remote work per week.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferred fields include marketing and communications.
Five or more years’ experience managing or executing all of the following aspects of digital marketing: Email marketing, paid search and PPC campaigns, SEO and CRO, digital advertising, website administration and analytics, social media content and strategy.
Experience in tracking financial results and performance metrics of marketing activities including optimizing budget spend to maximize revenue and ROI required.
Knowledge of current web marketing, social media, user experience and digital communications principles. Understanding of technology associated with web and electronic media.
Proven communication skills, creativity, initiative, planning and project management experience.
Proven experience developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns and advertising.
In-depth knowledge of social media strategy and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Yelp, and Google Places.
Proficient in the use of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics required. Google Analytics and Google AdWords Certification is preferred, and is required within six months of the position start date.
Proficient in the use of a content management system (such as Drupal or WordPress).
Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
Must have the ability to work independently and also function as a collaborative member of the Marketing team.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in digital analytics and ability to interpret data.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across a wide range of groups and functions.
Flexibility to deal with unexpected events, and occasionally attend meetings and events that may occur outside of regularly scheduled work hours.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred:

Experience working in financial services marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic HTML experience.
Budget management experience.
Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to financial institution advertising is helpful.
