What You’ll Do As a Digital Marketing Specialist at IDX, you will be responsible for supporting B2B digital marketing campaigns in an effort to drive brand awareness and generate demand across all digital channels. You’ll be an integral part of the Marketing team and work closely with the Sales organization. You will be an important voice at the table and have true ownership of tasks and projects. Additionally, you will bring a fun/energetic/positive attitude that isn’t shy about challenging existing practices and recommending new/innovative go-to-marketing strategies in an effort to better drive brand awareness and demand for IDX products. You must also be very comfortable working remote and engaging with colleagues via Zoom video for meetings. Key Responsibilities: Support all web properties including developing campaign landing pages, publishing and updating site content, and regular SEO efforts Execute all paid and organic digital marketing efforts across search, social and display networks with a strong focus on B2B channels and demand generation Support all IDX social communities and brand communications across social platforms Support IDX’s online brand reputation, including 3rd party review sites Measure and report on campaign performance to identify trends, insights and optimization opportunities Plan, execute, and measure all user experience and conversion optimization tests Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing based on IDX goals and objectives Related administrative day-to-day tasks Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient managing paid search campaigns in AdWords and Microsoft Advertising Proficient managing paid social campaigns in LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook Proficient managing a website CMS and publishing regular editorial content Ability to work in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator Ability to read HTML and make basic changes as needed Excellent writing and editing skills Strong communication skills Ability to form a plan or strategy from gathered data Ability to track and report on project statuses Ability to self-motivate Team player and cultural fit to the organization including ethics, integrity and honesty Preferred Skills Strong aptitude for content marketing and content-based lead generation Strong aptitude for digital design and user experience Experience working in a SaaS startup marketing environment Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Required Experience and Education: BA/BS in related field 2-4 years professional experience in B2B demand generation across digital marketing channels Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns in AdWords, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook Experience managing brand communications across social communities Experience managing a CMS and regularly publishing editorial content Experience working in Google Analytics and with demand generation platforms to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators Strong verbal and written communication skills Almost-obsessive attention to detail and a high level of organization Aptitude and passion for learning new processes, tools, and technologies. Experience and comfort managing and prioritizing multiple projects with simultaneous deadlines Ability to work independently as well as collaborate cross-functionally Consistent effort and willingness to go above and beyond when needed Insatiable desire to learn and try new things Environmental and Physical Demands: Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor Access information using a computer Frequent computer use at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions WHAT’S SO GREAT ABOUT WORKING AT IDX: You mean besides our awesome employees?
