Must have successful track record of digital marketing with other B2C companies. Willingness to learn is very important.You should have an easy time discussing the below functions and confidence with these topics using Excel.Job Responsibilities:Email marketing – Manage email marketing funnel – including using a/b testing to increase daily/weekly optimization in rates, using segmentation to boost drip sequence conversions, improve graphics to increase campaign performance and more.Paid Media – Manage meetings, relationship, expectations and auditing of PPC company. Ideally you would have experience working with or managing paid media campaigns including google adwords.Organic SEO – Manage and consistently make improvements to boost SEO performance. Including backlinks, on page work, errors report fixes, managing blog curation, managing google search console, improving google authority signals and quality score metrics.Affiliate Network – Manage and grow affiliate program/referral incentives.Social Media – Manage and push our social media relationships, help strategize, have meetings with, audit etc. to ensure consistent progress is being made to correct demographic and correct/consistent branding is being used.Websites – Oversee all digital marketing assets, small/medium tweaks in WP to be made by you, if outside your skills manage development team to safely complete work and audit. Ensure proper backups are taken for safety etc. etc.Other Marketing – Using your skills to have ideas and constantly test/push forward.
