Sales employees are responsible for ensuring they meet the time in role (TIR) requirements before applying for this position. Summary:
Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for managing content, web design and implementing continuous improvement of the Sales Communication website which also includes Convenience Store. Coordinator will collaborate with marketing and sales planning managers and prioritize the timely delivery of digital new product and promotional programs, updates to existing sales programs, selling tools and news critical to the performance of the selling organization. This position owns the process of website content and works across multiple online platforms for all Sales and C-Store eCommunications accessed by the organization. Provides Sales support as needed to Sales Teams and other Sales Communication Coordinators.
Summary of major duties:
Collaborate and prioritize content with marketing managers, as well as other internal partners, to deliver timely and accurate sales communications including weekly Sales eBulletin and C-Store cBulletin, new programs eCommunications, Special Announcements, daily eMinders and confidential Price Increases. Design webpage using SalesForce online web content platform and create image layout using multimedia software for all eCommunications. Maintain files in various formats using SalesForce web content management system i.e. MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PDF.
Maintain and update current Sales Communications webpage structure: all tabs across the Sales Comms site, including all promotional pages across the site, C-Store Support, Seasons, Digital Commerce, Merchandising Magic and Sales Support. Support other Sales Communication Coordinators by updating information or being the back-up for Hershey’s HAS (images), Product Data System (PDS), SAP and Sales Force Data base.
Update published sales promotional materials including Customer Presentations, Sales Guides, Tools, Everyday & Seasons Ad Tracker, Opportunity Reports, Last Call/Stop Sell List, Guardrail document, Discontinued Items List, etc.
Maintain the communication’s distribution list for over 1,000 employees, adding/deleting names as requested.
Work with IS to redesign and implement website improvements as business requirements evolve. Act as liaison between Sales Communication and IS for any technical system related issues.
Maintain Training documents for the Sales Communications department for new employees across the company, work with the LMS team to make sure all Sales Communications Training are updated.
Provide support and direction globally, as necessary (i.e., Hershey Canada Sales Comm site, AMEA, Hershey Mexico).
Provide support with other projects as needed.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: At least 18 months post high school; software web design training desirable. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:2 years progressive experience in web design and communications or background of quick technical learning.
