Position Summary:
Individual works closely with Director, Digital Creative in the execution/implementation of online digital assets and content for company e-commerce websites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily creation/cropping/management of all product assets for website(s).
Maintain ownership and responsibility, for updating website products on weekly basis with new photography, room shots, hover images & removing outdated imagery.
Working with PIM on ingesting digital assets and tagging.
Keep open communication with merchants/e-commerce on new product introductions to ensure that all products are being represented properly on website, tracking image assets from photo studio to production for silo-ing.
Maintains lists of new introductions in conjunction with other departments to make sure all images are photographed/created for website needs.
Responsible for using CMS (content management system) for web site updates.
Able to visually and technically follow the company’s set of standards and templates to create assets in any size and format necessary.
Ability to reference existing guidelines and templates to produce digital assets
Edit photographs of products, room shots, cropping, and removing products from images
Adhere to naming conventions for all assets for easy retrieving in the future.
Work in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to maintain design center pages, designer pages and portfolios.
Working with Olapic, our UGC vendor, to approve, tag and organize incoming images.
Bi-weekly creation of digital magazine assets using ZMAGS Publicator, hot spotting and creating assets to display on website.
Create banners and Room Inspiration assets via ZMAGS creator. Cropping, hot spotting and content asset creation.
Maintain digital magazines by updating hot spots, adding new magazines, and removing discontinued products
Assist with Weekly postings on EAInsider our internal website via Share Point.
Handle Public Relation image requests.
Maintain a high level of organization
Manage current image creation guidelines, design center guidelines and system processes.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Associate degree or equivalent in relevant field, with 3 years’ experience.
Experience with Creative Cloud, Adobe Photoshop required.
Strong, creative eye with attention to detail
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience Adobe InDesign desired.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to take initiative; highly motivated to complete projects as assigned.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, under pressure, and be flexible and responsive to evolving and changing business objectives.
