Overview:
Be a part of GM’s vision to create a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions, and Zero Congestion. The Digital Producer will be an integral member of GM Financial’s Digital Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns that deliver a unified, personal experience for GMFinancial customers, while leveraging industry leading marketing technology via the Adobe Experience Cloud platform. If youhave experience in executing digital marketing campaign across multiple channels such as web, email, and mobile applications, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES
Collaborate with project management, marketing team, and internal business leaders to successfully execute campaigns, ensuredigital production best practices, and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements
Produce, proof, and revise dynamic marketing campaigns for channels such as website, email, and mobile apps via Adobe Experience Cloud
Implement trigger-based nurturing programs that target all stages of the customer life cycle, from new prospects toengagement to closed opportunities
Establish and maintain an information architecture that is well organized, user-friendly, and enforces GM Financial’s digital style-guide
Plan and produce digital marketing content according to the GM Financial’s design system
Champion the quality of data in marketing technology platforms; collaborate with engineering teamsto ensure required data is captured at all customer touch points
Complete quality assurance checks on every digital marketing campaign
Participate in content optimization meant to increase traffic and engagement
Perform other duties as assigned
Conform with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Knowledge
Understanding of web content management, customer relationship management, and A/B testing platforms
Understanding of managing multi-channel campaigns and all integrations and touchpoints
Understanding of search engine optimization, search engine marketing, user experience and analytics
Understanding of navigation and GUI for maximizing usability in responsive, accessible, multi-language sites and email templates
Understanding of Search Engine Optimization guidelines and best practices
Understanding of rendering caveats across browsers, mail clients, and platforms
Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products; including but not limited to: Experience Manager, Audience Manager, Launch, Target, & Campaign preferred
Understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript fundmental

Able to communicate and listen efficiently in a digital first workplace

Able to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and management
Able to preserve integrity of the design throughout the entire development process

Able to understand wireframes, and high fidelity mockups visualizing designs
Education
High School Diploma required
Associate Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
Experience
0-2 years of experience in Web Development and/or Web Producing preferred
Working Conditions
Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers
Flexible schedule with possibility of working long hours may be required
