Job Description :
The Specialist of Digital Marketing will play a key role in driving Walt Disney Studio’s & DMED’s digital marketing efforts with exhibitors and in-theatre partners. They will work closely with the Directors within Cinema Partnerships to assist with and execute planning calendars for digital marketing efforts with exhibitors and in-theatre partners across all the studio’s titles. They will collaborate with studio marketing, exhibitors, partners, agencies/vendors, and other key stakeholders to develop key insights and execute digital promotional tactics. They will implement the day-to-day execution of all digital campaigns.
Responsibilities :
Implement day-to-day execution of Cinema Partnerships digital campaigns (trailer launch, content debuts, ticket on-sale, etc.)
Coordinate development of digital campaign elements with marketing team for exhibitors and in-theatre partners
Work with Cinema Partnerships leadership and marketing team to implement exhibitor digital strategy across titles
Deliver creative guidance, up-to-date assets, and pertinent film information to partners throughout the campaign
Day-to-day contact with exhibitors and all partners for digital executions
Accurately update Cinema Partnerships’ digital marketing plans in internal systems
Partner with internal and external teams to understand digital marketing opportunities
Work with analytics team to evaluate results of marketing efforts regularly
Assist Directors with in-theatre development of personalization/CRM programs for exhibitors and partners
Monitor/capture screenshots of Cinema Partnerships’ and competitive partners’ social support
Develop and execute promotional assets with the department’s digital vendors
Attend and assist with regular meetings with studio’s digital teams to discuss Cinema Partnership’s needs, strategy, and execution
Assist with filmmaker and film recap decks to share with executives and filmmakers
Build relationships with internal partners (digital, marketing strategy, and sales) that build trust and foster collaboration
Be an active participant in planning meetings
Monitor industry (and general digital) trends and research to make recommendations
Occasionally travel to meet partners & present film slate at exhibitor and trade conferences
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or related area
Strong work ethic with “can-do” attitude a must
Self-motivated problem solver
Team player with a strong focus on driving strategic results
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
Manage the needs of diverse stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external partners
Required Education :
Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Business or Related Field
