Under the direction and leadership of the Chief Operating Officer, we are looking to fill a Director of Digital Engagement to provide strategic leadership and directs member’s digital interaction with St. Mary’s Bank. This includes but is not limited to the strategy around electronic banking solutions (online banking, online deposit account opening, mobile applications, mobile deposit), customer service operations of a digital contact center (ITM technology and chat), ePayments (loan payments, digital wallets, real-time payments), and deposit and log origination platforms.
BEING A DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT AT SMB GIVES YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Implement an effective organization-wide strategic direction for the Credit Union this includes, but is not limited to, identifying digital business trends, assumptions, tactics and strategies, annually crafting business objectives, aligning the direction of department to ensure execution of the company business plan, conducting Board and Executive level presentations and participation on the Strategic Planning Group that include monthly meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors’ Degree in business, digital technology/marketing or equivalent with ten or more years of banking experience preferably in operations management and administration with a plus for sales and service management.
Experience overseeing a contact center using digital products to augment phone interaction such as ITMs and/or chat.
Proven successful track record regarding strategic planning, budgeting, regulatory compliance, banking operations.
Must be able to deal effectively with compliance issues and regulatory enforcement while maintaining appropriate balance between member service, operational efficiency and risk.
Demonstrated proven ability to effectively resolve complex problems.
Demonstrated ability to develop staff.
Demonstrated proven ability to effectively resolve complex problems.
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, and job specific software and systems.
