Our mission is to improve the quality of healthcare by acting as a turnkey solution for healthcare facilities and educational institutions allowing clinicians and instructors to prioritize patient care.E-COMMERCE SPECIALISTReporting directly to the President, the E-Commerce Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to manage all e-commerce for DiaMedical. This includes but is not limited to, overseeing e-commerce sales across various online sales platforms, strategizing, planning, developing and executing content plans, monitoring performance analytics, website traffic and product performance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManaging E-Commerce Sales and Advertising on Amazon, Walmart and other third party platformsLeading search engine optimization (SEO) strategy across multiple brandsCreating unique content and updating & improving product listingsWorking with the Marketing & Web Team to increase SEO and improve our e-commerce presenceMaintain and improve Google keyword, Shopping and AnalyticsWork to optimize the e-commerce channel to grow sales revenue.Closely track and drive strategic decisions to positively impact business and engagement using site analytics.Work collaboratively with the sales team to leverage their talent in the digital sales process.Collaborate with the technical team to implement and train on new software.QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience or working knowledge in e-commerce required.Strong grasp of e-commerce technology and social media in the following areas: Live chat solutions, Customer relationship management (CRM) software and Scheduling software experience preferred.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:E-commerce: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
