NEW YORK Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York’s best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting. THE ROLE As part of the FPS Client Services team you will work with the E-Commerce Strategy Manager to provide outstanding e-commerce strategy to bring brand and business growth for your clients in a collaborative working environment. You will be someone with 2 or more years of industry experience who wants to develop cross-discipline skills across the commerce ecosystem within the digital and luxury industries. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will be an important, daily contact for 2-3 FPS clients, helping them to identify and form plans to increase our growth You will work with the digital marketing team to monitor and optimize performance of each marketing channel, driving opportunities for improvement across the FPS clients You will perform regular pieces of analysis to help establish and support the decision-making of FPS clients You will support FPS clients with forecasting and providing data and insights to support their buying and merchandising You will advise clients on pricing and markdown strategy, as well tactical recommendations around promotional activity You will advise on and prioritizing client feature roadmaps, and coordinating with the development teams to manage the output You will maintain outstanding client relationships through communication and reporting You will participate in regular meetings and client workshops to guide the strategic direction of projects You will create presentation material for Quarterly Business Reviews You will work with the wider Operations, Production and Tech teams to solve any issues WHO YOU ARE You have 2 or more years experience in a consultancy, retail or e-commerce role with client-facing experience You enjoy collaborative work and operate with a team-focused mindset You are excited to learn new skills across e-commerce and luxury industries You are comfortable crunching numbers and diving into reports You excel within a results driven environment You are commercially focused and motivated with the ability to work towards metrics and targets You have a flexible, welcoming attitude with creative ideas and a solutions-focused approach You have an interest and understanding of fashion and luxury in a retail environment REWARDS & BENEFITS FARFETCH Equity plan and annual discretionary bonus Medical, dental, vision, with flexible spending account 401K plus company match, PTO and volunteer days Wellness, and cell phone reimbursements Family Lunch, catered weekly when in office EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT FARFETCH is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
