Description Job Responsibilities: Leading the construction and management of email templates and the segmentation of the customer database using in house CRM tools, including scheduling Managing and updating templates for automated and triggered email campaigns. Implement relevant performance metrics and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness/ROI and make data-driven decisions Develop and implement high-impact A/B testing to improve demand generation initiatives Inform, support, and optimize lifecycle marketing communications Provides additional support in strategy and managing mobile notifications and online banners Owns implementation and optimization of owned channel best practices Manage ongoing testing regimen (subject lines, layout, format, frequency, etc.) to continuously improve email performance focused on user engagement Candidate Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience with email marketing Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including marketing automation platforms Ability to work in super-fast paced, internet environment with high autonomy Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and deliver insights and recommendations High attention to detail Positive can-do attitude Our client is one of the world’s largest global ecommerce companies in the beauty and wellness space.
