Job Description :	Global Ministries Digital Media Specialist \| FAITH PROMISE CHURCH Time Requirements: Full-Time, 40 hours per week JOB SUMMARY Faith Promise is looking for a full-time digital media specialist who is passionate about joining a team that is going to Win the World. As the Digital Media Specialist, you will work alongside our global ministries team to take the vision and strategy of kids, students and groups ministry to create engaging content through social media, website management and content creation. FAITH PROMISE VALUES Team members at Faith Promise are committed to live out, and help others live out our Values: Love God Love People Discover Purpose Win Our World JOB DETAILS Build and train a team of volunteers to execute the social media strategy for fpKIDS, fpStudents, fpGroups, and LeadMyKids. Work with the missions coordinator and campuses to expand the reach and influence of the local missions of Faith Promise Church. Research parenting resources and manage the Parent Resources website at faithpromise.org/parents Create content and graphics that increases the reach of the various social media platforms Execute email campaigns to provide content and engage audiences Continuously improve and expand by analyzing the appropriate insights and best practices Collaborate with other ministries such as Creative and IT to manage the Global Ministries Brand. BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION This position is a full-time, exempt role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. Benefit offerings include Medical Insurance, Health Savings Account, 403b Retirement, Life Insurance, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage. Employees also accrue paid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation is determined based on education and experience. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Portfolio submission required for consideration Knowledgeable in social media design (ie. Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc) High level of understanding of popular social networks: design, functionality, features, users Advanced understanding in social media analytics and trends Very high attention to detail Great time management skills and ability to work under pressure Exceptional communication skills Ability to work well independently and with a team Must be willing to complete Next Steps within the first six months of hiring.
