Job Description : | We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative thinker who can manage overall go-to-market and brand strategy as well as drive practical implementation within a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare company on the rise. If you are an experienced growth marketer who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and excited to make a massive impact in a market with enormous potential, this opportunity is for you. The ideal candidate is curious to the core, edgy, and unaverse to risk while maintaining brand integrity and authenticity. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a growing team focused on developing and driving channels that expand our network. You’ll combine your creative side with analytical rigor to oversee and help execute integrated campaigns that hit aggressive performance targets. You’ll focus on proving and scaling our demand generation initiatives. In this very impactful role, you’ll have a seat within the leadership team and collaborate with every department in the company – from product to sales to customer success operations to tech. What you’ll get to do: Develop and implement Wambi’s brand strategy and GTM plans, including lead generation through to sales enablement. Function as a player-coach and be comfortable advising on how to execute the marketing plan or provide feedback as needed.Create and execute demand gen programs and full funnel growth marketing strategies which build and accelerate pipeline development (e.g., digital, referral, virality).Promote Wambi as a thought leader while building a 360º brand narrative and voice that is both true to the company mission and clearly articulates Wambi’s value proposition and differentiation within the market.Oversee earned/owned digital media and offline campaigns, working closely with applicable members of Marketing team on content strategy and development for blogs, LinkedIn, podcasts, etc. to increase market share and brand awareness.Develop large multi-segment, multi-channel audience acquisition and retention strategies including the design and implementation of robust digital journeys that leverage a wide range of integrated marketing channels.Establish growth marketing benchmarks, measurements and KPIs to report on performance and develop a long-term growth strategy. Develop a deep understanding of Wambi’s clients to inform overall brand strategy.Continue to grow the sales funnel through experimentation, measurement, and creative out-of-the-box ideas to reach our target audience via a variety of cross-channel marketing tactics.Identify new opportunities and emerging channels to help grow both the business and brand.Continuously optimize program performance and quality, including A/B testing, creative design and layout, marketing copy, and audience segments.Note: Wambi employees who go on-site to Clients’ facilities where patient care is provided are required to abide by those Clients’ communicable diseases policies.
