You are responsible for optimizing multi-million dollars of ad spend across several brands and accounts. You will lead our AMS advertising strategy, collaborating with Brand Management and Supply chain teams for their buy in, and owning the strategy and execution for each brand. You will also build and lead a team of marketing managers and associates to support you.The Manager of Amazon Marketing manages AMS advertising across multiple brands. You are responsible for optimizing multi-million dollars of ad spend across several brands and accounts. You will lead our AMS advertising strategy, collaborating with Brand Management and Supply chain teams for their buy in, and owning the strategy and execution for each brand.Role:Optimize Amazon paid search across multiple brands; manage growth forecast and campaignsHands on management of all campaigns across each brand daily to ensure campaigns are properly set up and routinely optimized (budget, bid, keywords) to drive maximum efficiencyMonitor control of all performance metrics on AMS (i.e. ACOS, attributed sales, spend, etc)Partner with BM team to aggregate target keyword list for each ASIN, take the lead on monitoring keyword ranking and drive ranking improvement strategyLead any Amazon marketing related special projects as requiredCollaborate with the brand team to set and meet all performance targets (traffic, ad spend, ROI)Coordinate with internal stakeholders for advertising inputs such as graphic assets, copy, etc.Lead reporting on key performance metrics for both paid and organic sales on a weekly and monthly cadence, and as otherwise neededWork with BM team to build out sales forecast and marketing budgets, targets, and goalsStay on the cutting edge: compile industry research, competitive landscape information, information about new tools; produce recommendations for how we can take advantage of these.Prepare presentations to share performance metrics and best practices when requestedCollaborate with cross-functional leadership to share knowledge and continue to develop company best practicesOversee agency and marketing partnership relationshipsRequirements:3+ years of experience with AMS, managing over $2M+ in annual ad spend2+ years of hands on keyboard Amazon PPC experience required2+ years of experience at a high growth DTC CPG startup preferredEmpathy and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience leading a teamJob Type: Full-time |
