Revenue Team

The Indie Campers Revenue team works across the user lifecycle to develop a compelling global marketplace and community around road trips. We employ data and insights to help us best acquire, engage, serve, monetise and retain travellers and hosts across all of our territories to ensure that our customers are able to go on amazing road trips around the world. The Revenue team consists of our Customer Excellence, Marketing, Supply, Revenue Management and Data teams, so the work you do will depend on your particular blend of skills but will always be customer-centric, data-driven and collaborative as we work on increasing customer choice, value and satisfaction. Our only office in the US where we build and fully manage our business and operations for the whole country. It is a place where cross-functional teams, from Revenue and Procurement to Operations teams meet informally, co-create together, have fun, and enjoy the vibrant city vibes.

The Role

We are looking for a savvy and innovative individual that wants to be part of redefining the campervan rental industry. As a Marketing Analyst, you will work in close co-operation with Product, Marketing and Operations teams throughout Indie Campers to ensure sustainable growth of our marketplace across the US market. A close collaboration with key stakeholders and aligning with the other peers are key to succeeding in this role.

What you´ll do:

Define, own and implement the product marketing strategy for your specific business areas across all marketing channels
Align and drive marketing activities throughout the customer journey ensuring we have a customer-centric and holistic approach to marketing activities, that resonate and differentiate in markets across both host and travellers
Organise and drive the go-to-market strategy across Indie Campers offerings for both product & feature launches to support our commercial goals, including partnering with Product
Understand how the customer reaches the value proposition, the different paths to convert and where/why there are drops;
Combine quantitative and qualitative data in order to improve the user’s experience and identify their needs;
Separate customers into different cohorts based on their goals and characteristics;
Develop and socialise a deep understanding of our user personas by building and utilising customer insights, user testing, product & marketing analytics
Track and analyse competitor and market trends to inform overall marketing product marketing and channel strategy
Own and develop strategic CRM campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement and retention;
Work with the engineering, design, and product team to implement and measure experiments.
Ensure the whole company fully understands the value of our products and features, including developing collateral to enable sales and set narratives for marketing campaigns and messaging at every stage in the user journey.

Who you are:

Relevant experience working with digital marketing, with project management experience will be valued
Experience in fast-growth businesses is a plus
Highly data literate with strong business acumen, able to identify, prioritise and translate customers needs and pains into product and service capabilities
Experienced across key digital marketing channels and know-how to utilize different platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Affiliate Marketing)
A strategist and critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills and able to influence cross-functional partners
Experience analysing CRO and have all the know-how on how to utilize insight from tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Optimize and UX testing tools.
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Experience working with Lead Generation and Community Development would be a strong plus (Especially previous experience working with a marketplace model)
Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition
Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment
