The role will own all daily/weekly/monthly reporting and field ad-hoc requests from stakeholders throughout the sales and marketing organizations. The ideal candidate will produce actionable analysis and recommendations that can be easily shared with team leads and executives.What is Expected of You: Driving, coordinating & reporting Business Performance – promoting a strategic focus by linking business and financial plans to strategic goals, key performance Indicators (KPI’s) and tracking execution of strategy.Building new and at times complex SQL queries to power ad-hoc analyses of sales and marketing data to solve challenges and identify opportunities relating to website conversion, lead and sales optimization, and workforce strategics.Considering large (and sometimes disparate) data sets to transform information in structures able to report on and reveal insights.Communicating results of data analysis and reporting clearly to non-technical stakeholders by providing actionable recommendations based on this data.What You Bring: Have strong quantitative skills and are highly data fluent – you’re able to develop and communicate penetrating insights that inform how we organize and scale our sales and marketing businesses.Are a natural and independent problem solver – you’re highly skilled at understanding and solving problems and are comfortable with ambiguous problems with no easy answer.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills – you’re able to effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and policies to leadership.Have high energy and are comfortable learning new analytical techniques.3-4+ years experience working in a marketing or sales analytics role, or related areas.2-3+ years experience in SQL.2-3+ years experience and familiarity with Data and Analytics platforms like Tableau, Domo, and Google Analytics.Advanced application of Microsoft Excel.Good knowledge of Digital Marketing activities such as SEM/SEO, remarketing, targeted display, affiliates, etc.ETL experience a plusBachelor’s degree or higher; mathematics, business, finance, or engineering focus is a plusPerks and Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life w/Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsPaid Time Off401K Match, Pre-taxed Commuter Benefits, and Student Loan Refinancing OptionsWide Range of Retail Discounts, Discounted Gym Memberships and Subsidized Nutrition/Wellness Programs, Casual Dress Environment, Company Events, and more.We are an Equal Opportunity EmployerTop Technology.
