The Marketing Assistant will provide support and report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing & Technology Manager and will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company’s products and services. In addition, the position will offer an extensive mentoring program, exceptional compensation and incentives, income potential of up to $50,000 per year, and competitive salary, and benefits.Primary Functions: · Keep digital platforms up to date· Coordinate with media trades to produce the marketing material· Identifies target customers and markets· Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives· Analyzes traffic and sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information· Makes recommendations based on analysis· Develops and update materials related to sales, and marketing for social media and websiteJob Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities: · Develop weekly marketing strategy for each division and coordinate ad implementation for social media and website with measurable results· Weekly meet with Director of Digital Marketing & Technology Manager to review media report, objectives and turn data & insights into strategic digital plans.· Weekly review current website and social media and coordinate with vendors for current and future marketing materials· Oversee the media ads campaigns progress and providing insight to recommend improvements to digital campaigns and online customer handling.· Review the CRM data integrity (customer information, notes, source type, community, floorplan, pricing, and inventory information) to make sure reporting and integration can be accurate and efficient· Perform any other duties as requested by upper management of the company to fulfill organizational objectives· Organizes and request digital media such as videos, data, photographs, virtual tours, Interactive media, etc.· Develops digital analytics dashboard and reports for upper management· May performs other duties as business needs requireSupervisory Responsibilities: · NoneRequired Qualifications/ Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred and/or· 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field required· Must be able to manage vendors· Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)· Valid Driver License required· Must have reliable transportation to travel, work weekends and late hours if necessary· Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative, Or Related software· Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills· Should be able to work with people and successfully interface with customers, internal and external· Experience working in a construction or similar dynamic industry preferredPhysical Requirements: · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.· Must be able to be restricted to workstation for long periods of time· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.COVID-19 Considerations: It is our top priority to keep both our employees and customers safe during this time.
