Job Description : What we offer:
Dematic has an immediate need for a Marketing Automation Manager, who will report directly to the Director of Global Marketing Communications. As a Digital Marketing expert with global responsibility for e-mail and integrated landing pages, you will influence and drive implementation of marketing automation technology and best practice in support of business objectives for our global organization. The manager is responsible for executing on the vision and summarizing channel health/reporting for management.

This position requires a high degree of cross-functional project management, relationship-building skills, technical e-mail and digital marketing acumen, creativity and critical thinking. The role requires someone who can demonstrate the ability to work across time zones and influence others in a matrixed organization. The position also supervises one staff member.

Essential Role and Responsibilities:

Develops and executes a global strategy for the role of e-mail and integrated landing pages in campaigns, and related data flows (marketing automation).
Primary company owner and champion for education, use and adoption of Adobe Marketo as our marketing automation platform.
Oversees data strategy and integrity for connections of Marketo to other 3rd party platforms (Salesforce, ON24, Social Media, etc)
Recommends/implements improvements to enhance digital customer experience, impacts and measurement as part of a wider digital marketing team.
Delivers dashboard-based reporting for marketing automation, to drive decision-making and provide business linkage to team’s activities on a global basis. Establish channel goals and standards.
Oversee user experience (UX) for Dematic e-mail and landing page efforts for the marketing automation channel, including technical best practice, tagging, brand identity governance and any research required.
Build a library of campaign and creative best practices, proactively sharing strategies with global regions by creating a regular venue.
Manage assigned marketing automation budget and outside vendor relationships. Cultivate relationships with best-in-class digital marketing providers and proactively raise opportunities to improve channel impact.
Liaise with corporate and regional marketing teams to provide direct support for targeted marketing messaging and strategic campaigns, when appropriate.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For

Qualification Requirements
Able to conceive and execute a vision for marketing automation and e-mail channels
Comfortable working with technical requirements of marketing platforms, specifically Adobe Marketo, MS Office and Salesforce
Project Management / extremely organized
Have experience working with/managing multiple stakeholders – cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration across time-zones
Adept at pulling digital marketing data and performing analysis/summarizing outcomes
Strong writing and communications skills
Proven track record and experience in managing channel and campaign development
Passion for digital marketing and continuous improvement
Experience/ Education

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business/communications
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in digital marketing, marketing communications with an emphasis on B2B sector(s) and target audiences/journeys
Hands-on technical depth in digital marketing principles, primarily in e-mail, marketing automation, landing page/micro-site best practice, and analytics.
Certified in use of Adobe Marketo.
