Job Opening for Marketing/Brand Manager – AUX – FULLY REMOTE in Carolinas Credit Union League (Lakewood, CO 80228)

This position serves as the expert for the organization’s brand voice, tone, image, and positioning within the market as well as all other areas related to the brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing and brand strategies, promoting product and Line of Business growth and expansion, and implementing marketing and brand plans driving awareness and recognition in the market.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Lead and direct corporate and product marketing and brand management.
Oversee and advance the Aux and InNetwork brands through well-crafted and executed marketing campaigns.
Serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing internal and external marketing initiatives
Manage external relationships with industry trade partners and associations.
Update and maintain company’s websites and design components, working closely with our website host vendor (Ironistic)
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Help shape and communicate the corporate vision and mission
Provide periodic brand training internally
Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
manage personas and integrate into lead generation and retention activities
ensure messaging is relevant for target audience, industry and social climate
Create, execute and manage promotional activities to drive the desired message for the organization’s services and products
implement and manage systems that drive digital marketing, including marketing automation (CROM), content marketing, and email marketing.
Provide periodic research and awareness of competitor’s promotional activities.

Responsible for creative design elements such as advertising, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Direct the company’s content marketing strategy and provide product marketing support to business units
Responsible for social medial strategy and growth
Establish and maintain marketing budgets

Requirements for this position:

Four or more years of similar, related experience
A four-year college degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
Demonstrated work marketing and/or brand experience in B2B space (fin-tech, financial services, credit union, CUSO highly desirable)
Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range strategies, plans and goals that drive awareness and lead generation.
Strong market and consumer research skills
knowledge of current events, social trends nd industry changes
ability to work well in cross-functional environments; team player
self-starter; ability to work well with minimal supervision
creative thinker, problem solver, multitasker
strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Project management experience, with solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
Experience creating web content, email marketing, print and digital collateral
Expertise with marketing automation platforms
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
HTL editing skills preferred

This is a fully remote position, but may involve periodic travel to corporate office for meetings or to attend in-person industry events.
